From idea to own product

Our offers and services run from idea to production and we can help with everything from single development stages to entire projects.

We appoint a project manager for each project to be your personal contact at Arta Plast. The project manager works with engineers, designers and quality managers to ensure work proceeds smoothly and that you receive the help you require and ask for.

Project development: Having our own development department, Arta Plast can develop an entirely new product right from the idea stage. Our engineers contribute with knowledge about design and injection moulding, and our development process can be matched with your company requirements.

Manufacture: We have flexible production resources and in-depth experience of manufacture. In our manufacture of foodstuffs packaging, medical equipment and engineered moulded products, we injection mould and assemble all manner of products from imbedded cannulae to packaging for connection devices for fibre cables.

Workshop: In our workshop we can produce new tools, adjust existing tools quickly and carry out repairs.

Quality: Our development and production are certified according to ISO 13485 (medical engineering) and FSSC 22000 (foodstuffs). For products with higher hygiene requirements, we perform manufacturing in ISO class 8 environments. Our Quality department is qualified to work with Foodstuffs and Medical Equipment, and can provide regular assistance with both development and production.
